Often described as European in style, Foxhall consists of Tudor row homes built in the 1930s, detached contemporary and larger detached estate homes built in the 1980s. Prices range from the $700,000s to over $3 million.

Spring Valley real estate consists of 1940s-era Colonial styles, and large estate homes from the 1980s with larger lots. Prices range from the $700,000s to over $8 million. Georgetown Reservoir offers condos from the upper $200,000s and single-family homes starting at $700,000.
